Portfolio collaborated with the Hilton Omaha Convention Center Hotel for many years on upgrades at the property including the restaurant, addition of an F&B outdoor venue and Concierge Club renovation. In 2010 ownership embarked on a $40 million renovation and expansion of the property to include upgrading 450 guestrooms and corridors and Lobby and the addition of a 150 guestroom tower and 7,000 ballroom and prefunction. Portfolio acted as Interior Designer/Interior Architect for the project as well as planned the architectural expansion.
