HILTON TYUMEN

Tyumen, Russia

Conceived as part of a partnership between international investors and the Siberian Territory Tyumen Oblast Urals Federal District the hotel was intended as a focal center for international business travelers, particularly in the energy sector. The development was to be an important social hub for this capital city of Siberia of 800,000 people.

Conceived as a tailored contemporary architectural style complimenting the traditional historic Russian architecture of Tyumen, the project consisted of 254 guestrooms and suites, three restaurants, entertainment venue and private VIP membership club, large spa and extensive meeting and social ballroom space.

The project was unrealized due to national political issues.
