Hilton University of Houston
Completed in 2010
SALT (Service And Loyalty Tracking) scores prior to renovation ranked this hotel #535 out of 539 Hilton-Branded hotels.
One year following renovation the hotel SALT scores improved the ranking to #1 in the region, #4 in the US and #8 globally.
The Roosevelt Hotel, NYC
Completed in 1998
Prior to closing in 1996 for renovations the hotel occupancy rate was 20%, 95% from overseas group business - at an average rate of $70.
Following renovations in 1998 the occupancy rose and remains steady at 90-95% and average rate increased immediately to $170 and is currently averaging $370 per night.
Hilton Anatole Hotel
Completed in 2008
One of the thirteen “big-box” Hilton hotels, its ranking among the five key categories was no higher than seven. Following renovations to 1600 guestrooms and 350,000 square feet of public area and meeting space the hotel was ranked #1 or #2 in every category.
Embassy Suites Houston Downtown
Completed in 2011
A new-build project in an urban convention center location, the hotel was was awarded Hilton’s Connie Award as the highest rated Embassy Suites Hotel in the world for both 2012 and 2013.

The addition of a high-energy Vegas-style Day Club/Ultra Pool featuring a covered but outdoor bar and lounge, pool with bathing shelves, large decks and multiple private cabanas and a stage for DJs and bands as featured entertainment.
Red Sage Restaurant at the Buffalo Thunder Resort Santa Fe, New Mexico
Conceptualization, planning and design of the resort casino’s fine dining destination restaurant for world-renown Chef Mark Miller.
