A complete re-imagining of the only all-suites hotel on the California coast, the Portfolio team created an entirely new Curio by Hilton resort. Touching all public spaces, 250 suites and much of the 24-acre grounds the repositioning elevated the entire experience for the guest and added a number of new revenue producing amenities, from a gear shop and adult game room to an Airstream F&B outlet and completely new restaurant and bar to multiple new meeting venues.
