DOUBLETREE GALVESTON BEACH RESORT

Portfolio's re-branding of a 100-guestroom beachside hotel into a destination boutique Doubletree hotel on the Texas Gulf Coast. Renovations include full guestrooms and corridors, Lobby, restaurant, meeting rooms, and the addition of an event lawn adjacent to the Gulf. The project also included a complete re-concept and branding of a pool/beach F&B concept Longboard.
